Great boxing day today~ started the day off with meeting up with Anibb~

Visited Kiehls, finally got my mint lip balm! The lady gave me so many samples today... 

*ahem* She was and always will be one of my favourite princesses....

Surprise! hehe The bristles are really soft...but I don't think I'll be using these brushes too often...wouldn't want to dirty them too badly >.<

I bought this from Sephora a while back, but haven't really had a chance to use it...or rather I've been too lazy to put it on.  My nails haven't had their break in a while, so I've been letting them rest for a bit. Bare nails are nice...but it was time to be a little more festive. 

I bought this because it was so metallic'y! It actually painted on a little blue-r than what it looks like in my pictures.  Still, a very pretty colour!

I've been looking through old pictures lately...just to reminisce a bit ~ good times :) 

I was feeling pretty annoyed with my hair actually...I had it cut about a month ago and I've already been wanting to get another cut... it's not my stylist, she's great...but I was thinking to actually just cut it all off...up to my shoulders or shorter...and to dye it brown again. 

Tonight...I came to a different conclusion. 

I spent a little bit more time on my hair (lets just say I've never had hair longer than this before) and straightened parts of it out.  I flattened the top a little bit as well with my straightening iron. 

I hadn't realized how long my hair actually was... 

I'm now thinking: IONIC PERM to straighten it for good...

Alright, so it's not really midnight...but I thought I'd just quickly blog before going to bed.
I'm wanting to get some things off of my head...so what better way than to blog! :)


I like to keep my blogs somewhat consistent, and so I went back to read my previous entries--which brings me to my first Kiehls' purchase ever!


I have to say...since then I've gone back and dropped much more cash.
I fell in LOVE with their face wash, and toner.  Since I gave away both of my travel sets to my boy, I went for the full sizes! 
The weather has been so dry with the seasons changing... my skin really needed to be quenched!

I was going to buy just the cleanser and toner...but this set caught my eye...it came with:

(1) ultimate strength hand salve (2) ultra facial moisturizer (3) ultra facial toner (4) ultra facial cleanser

Clearly it's a much better deal! The sales lady was nice enough to give me a bunch of samples! Lots of eye creams lol I wonder if she was hinting anything. 

[My Thoughts]

I really love the whole set, my skin feels a lot softer after using Kiehls' Ultra Facial line.  What I like the best is that I can easily apply makeup on top of my toner every day and it doesn't feel heavy.  I do find that I do not need to use the moisturizer every night, it's a bit too much richness for my skin. Although it's different for everyone! 

I also picked this up as well, I was running dangerously low in sunscreen... loving it so far! It isn't sticky at all, feels like a moisturizer :) I ended up giving this to my mom because she fell in love with it...and so I bought a full sized version of this as well... (not to mention...I picked up another travel size set for myself!)

It's been a common topic lately:


"Are you ready for Christmas?" 


I've heard so many different answers... yes, no, not even close...
I really don't feel it this year.  Christmas is usually on of my favourite holidays...
Perhaps it hasn't really hit me yet...


Is this what adulthood truly feels like?
What is there to look forward to? 


Everything seems so...unreal.
