SPRING☆FEVER

Three more weeks until LA, and I am super EXCITED!! Trying to get my life organized, booking in appointments and trying to stay active :) Signed up for a gym membership and going to dedicate minimum 2-3 days in the week to be active!! (Hopefully lose my stomach flab too =.=)
Tried Zumba with the girls yesterday and it was super fun! I can't wait to go again! I must say...that I miss yoga though :( Loved that last class that I had...

Anyhooo, to recap on the happenings of May:

I made an order on Lush.UK with a dear friend!
Lush always makes me happy :) I ordered 5 items (only 4 are pictured in order below):

1)  The Brightside (Easter product) - I absolutely LOVE LOVE this smell! It's so citrusy!! I've cut this bar into about 9 pieces--that's good for 9 baths!! Despite how small I've cut them up, this baby creates loads of bubbles :)

2) The Comforter - This is the Lush favourite and you can find it at pretty much any Lush store.  I wanted to try this to compare sizing from the UK size vs. Canadian. Somehow...it seems...bigger.

3) The Immaculate Eggception (pink) (Easter product) - I got QQ to pose with this one because it's so adorable! Once the shell breaks open, there is actually a surprise inside...just like Kinder Surprise!! Except...in your bath :)

4) Madame Butterfly (Spring product) - This bubble bar wand, looks adorable.. and it smells so nice too! I have yet to use this, but it's supposed to smell like the Rose Jam, and I love the scent of that, so I just had to try Madame Butterfly.

5) Magic Mushroom (Not pictured) - I think this bubble bar took quite a toll on its way to Canada... so it didn't look as nice as it did in the pictures, but meh, it smells great! I'm really looking forward to using it :)

Overall, including shipping, the items cost on average $9 a piece, which was actually proved to be less expensive than buying them in Vancouver1 Some of the items that I chose were $10.95 in Canada, plus an extra 12% of HST. Totally worth it :) Props to you, Stella, if you ever read this!!

On a recent trip to Bellevue, which by the way, was fabulous, yet again, I picked up something...amazing.

...Yes...I gave in...and splurged on these... but golly... after using such nice lipsticks...I'm not sure I'll ever want to go back to any other brands...
I bought both the lipstick and the lip gloss from Dior's Spring collection in colour: 643.  I must say though, I like the lipstick a lot, but the lip gloss is a little too pigmented for my liking. I need to use it more sparingly... or definitely on top of a colourless balm, rather than on top of its sister lipstick.

Swatches, lip gloss on top, and lipstick on bottom. Now I know why so many Dior lipstick fans out there rave about the texture on these lipsticks... the formula is great! Doesn't dry out my lips, and they are highly pigmented.  Love love love the lipstick... so in love

Now to shed some light on non-makeup'y things. I thought I'd share a really cute picture of QQ and C together hehe and of course...QQ and myself in the mirror!!
